Advertisers___________________

This is not just an advert or a way of getting people to visit your website: this is much more than that. It is a statement to the global community that you are the kind of company that cares about the world around you and that knowing a significant proportion of your money is going to good causes is important to you.

Further: by being on the website you will:

• Help raise money for charity;
• Promote your brand/website in a family friendly way, secure in the knowledge that you will only have adverts alongside you which have passed our stringent vetting process;
• Receive traffic from our site;
• Enjoy a long term association with this website, which promises to be on line with your advert for a minimum of 10 years.

How do I buy Pixels?

1. To buy Pixels please click on the link below and download our application form and follow the instructions provided. APPLICATION FORM.

2. Once we receive this we will review your application and your website to see whether it falls within our Family Friendly Guidelines. We will then send you a confirmation email notifying you of our decision to accept or reject your application.

3. If you are accepted then all you need to do is pay the necessary amount which is $200 per 10x10 pixel square and a 10% charge on all orders (and VAT or any similar tax where applicable).

Please note that this is a non profit making venture and the charge is used to primarily cover administrative costs but any surplus will be donated to charity.

4. Once we have received your payment then we will endeavor to have your advert up on the website on the same working day.

We are trying to help as many charities as we can; so we are giving away free 20 box advertisments to the first 20 registered charities to submit completed application forms. (Subject to our Terms and Condtions)

BUSINESS FAQ

How long will my advert be on-line?

We have no intention of removing the website from the internet but we promise to keep it online for the minimum of 10 years so that all of these companies involved in this ethical enterprise will both be able to continue their associations with the website and to receive traffic.

How long will it take to get my advert on your website?

Once we have received your application we will look to review it within 24 hours. If accepted then we will await your payment, once we have received your payment we will look to have your advert on the same working day.

What if my application is rejected?

The application process for this website is completely confidential and if we deem that your website is not suitable to advertise then we will inform you so. There is no right to appeal and we do not have to explain the reasons for our decision.

If you are rejected because of the advert provided but your website/company is acceptable, then we will inform you of this and you will be given an opportunity to submit a new advert.

What if my website later adds content which brings it outside the Family Friendly guidelines?

If you later add content which brings your website outside our guidelines and policies then you do so at your own risk. If we deem that it no longer remains within our guidelines then we will remove your advert and you will not receive a refund.

Is this a lottery? Don’t you need a licence?

Though we refer to this promotion as a lottery, this is not classified as a lottery under UK law. Ticket to a Million is a game of chance; it is free to enter. Those who register on the site do not pay to enter and their entry is not dependant on subsequent payments or purchases. The prize money is generated from an altogether different source which is from the advertisers and they are prohibited from taking part in the draw.

Therefore what I am conducting is a prize give away to those who register, for which no licence is required. For more information on lotteries please see the relevant statutes which can be found at the Office of Public Sector Information website at http://www.opsi.gov.uk .

Any further questions about the application form then please feel free to contact me at businessenquiries@tickettoamillion.com.

I look forward to receiving your application.
